Happy New Year from our team at Worship for Workers! What a year it has been!

In 2023, Worship for Workers…

  • Launched a new musical album with Porter’s Gate
  • Created a website filled with free musical and liturgical resources for churches
  • Participated in numerous speaking engagements on Work and Worship domestically and globally
  • Partnered with organizations to write, create, and learn together
  • Led a week-long seminar hosted by the Calvin Institute of Christian Worship
  • Hosted faith and work leaders at Laity Lodge for a week of learning and rest
  • Received a grant to create a “Leading Worship for Workers” handbook in 2024

At this time last year we had dreams and plans, but we never could have anticipated the opportunities and friends we have made along the way. The greatest gift has been the many partners who have joined us. The financial gifts were overwhelming. The contribution of written and musical resources poured in at a rate we couldn’t keep up with. The opportunities and invitations to collaborate fueled new ideas and synergistic partnerships. Some of the best moments of our year came in the form of emails and conversations with people who found our resources useful and needed in their context. Person by person, church by church, our work is getting seeded into congregations around the world. What a gift!

We head into this new year full of hope and excitement for what God might be doing with us and through us. Your support and friendship is a grace and a gift and we are so thankful. We pray God’s richest blessings on you in this new year.

May God bless you, and the work of your hands.
