A Collect Prayer for Those Who Keep Home

    Almighty and ever-present God, who dwells in the unlikely places
of sandwich-making
           and changing tables;

Convert the humble acts of this day into signposts of your coming Kingdom,
   and recast the routines of keeping home into beautiful spaces
    where your Kingdom
    grows roots;

So that freed from the burden of great things, our hearts can rest in the slow pleasures
    of your grace;

Through the good work of Jesus, the Son, our Lord.
